Grab the folder inside the window & drag it to the Desktop of your computer. Windows will open up a new window showing the contents of the zip folder. If you can't right-click & unzip that way, go ahead & double-click on the zip file. Plug in your USB flash drive on any Windows computer, & you can now use Sublime Text more importantly, it's your specifically configured version of Sublime Text. Sublime Text makes a portable version available: the software & all other files associated with it run on a USB flash drive. You can now throw Sublime Text Setup.exe into the Recycle Bin.
